Alexandria specialty petroleum products company (ASPPC) was established by decision of the general authority for investment and free zones no.167 of the year 1998 according to the law no.8 of the year 1997. It is one of the Egyptian petroleum sector’s companies which is specialized in producing some petroleum products. ASPPC is considered the major producer of the bitumen emulsions in Egypt where its products have been authenticated by the Egyptian organization for standards and quality in 2002.ASPPC has four production unites specialized in bitumen products, waxes and petroleum jelly. The labor force in ASPPC is about 127 efficient man power in addition to 50 temporary labors.

ASPPC 101S

ASPPC 104 MC70

ASPPC 104 is medium curing cutback asphalt (MC-70), suitable for use in the construction and maintenance of pavements.

ASPPC 105 MC3000

ASPPC 105 is medium curing cutback asphalt (MC-3000), suitable for use in the construction and maintenance of pavements. Complies with the international standard specification ASTM D2027.

ASPPC 201

ASPPC 201 is a Cationic Rapid Setting (CRS-1), cold applied cationic asphalt emulsion. Complies with the standard specifications ASTM D2397.

ASPPC 202

ASPPC 202 Is a rapid setting cationic asphalt emulsion (CRS-1), complies with the international standard specifications ASTM D2397.

ASPPC 205 CMS

ASPPC 205 is a medium setting cold applied fluid asphalt emulsion (CMS-2), complies with the international standard specification ASTM D2397.

ASPPC 212 CSS

ASPPC 212 is a Cationic Slow Setting (CSS-1/CSS-1h), cold applied fluid asphalt emulsion. Complies with the standard specifications ASTM D2397.

ASPPC 213 Modified Soft Bitumen

ASPPC 213 is modified soft asphalt used as a raw material for various industrial applications especially for roofing membrane industry and insulating products.

ASPPC 214 CQS

ASPPC 214 is a Polymerized Cationic Quick Setting Asphalt Emulsion (CQS-1HP), cold applied fluid asphalt emulsion. Complied with the standard specifications ASTM D2397.

ASPPC 215 CSS Cold Mix

ASPPC 215 is a medium to high viscosity cationic asphalt emulsion, cold applied. Ideal for cold mix, cold recycling, and slurry seal applications.

Alexandria Specialized Petroleum Products Company (ASPC) has successfully passed the second accreditation assessment conducted

Alexandria Specialized Petroleum Products Company (ASPC) has successfully passed the second accreditation assessment conducted by the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) for its chemical laboratories, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This confirms the continuation of the laboratories' accreditation until June 14, 2027. The assessment was conducted in the presence of representatives from the accreditation body and with the active participation of the chemical laboratories' technical team, whose efforts contributed to achieving this accomplishment and maintaining the accreditation.
