About us
Alexandria specialty petroleum products company (ASPPC) was established by decision of the general authority for investment and free zones no.167 of the year 1998 according to the law no.8 of the year 1997. It is one of the Egyptian petroleum sector’s companies which is specialized in producing some petroleum products. ASPPC is considered the major producer of the bitumen emulsions in Egypt where its products have been authenticated by the Egyptian organization for standards and quality in 2002.ASPPC has four production unites specialized in bitumen products, waxes and petroleum jelly. The labor force in ASPPC is about 127 efficient man power in addition to 50 temporary labors.
Objective
1- Provide all needs of current liquid bitumen products necessary for national projects for paving and maintenance of roads.
2- Integrate with the Egyptian general petroleum corporation (EGPC) to satisfy and provide all raw materials needed for production.
3- Upgrade the existing production unites to increase its productivity.
4- Develop our products to suit the national maintenance plan of road in a smart and economic way.
5- Apply total quality assurance ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 45001
6- Develop human resources through effective training and social programs
7- Establish a new petroleum project to satisfy the national requirements of cement bitumen for road paving.
